It was another really hot day today. I think it got up to 102 or maybe even more. I didn’t have much to do at work. Roman and I went to the gym at 11:00 or so. I worked on my shoulders a bit. I’m still disappointed at how I can’t seem to get below and maintain a percent body fat of 15%.

Roman got the word that he will be transferring to Dallas, so, sometime soon we will be moving down there again. The only thing I can think about is the horrible heat and my garden on the deck.

I’m still extremely upset at how my fellow Republicans are ignoring the scandals surrounding Donald Trump, which I have just been so obsessed about.
